Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Technical Enablement Specialist to design and build scalable learning for our Post-Sales and Customer Experience teams and customers. You will create engaging materials, organize content into structured courses, and collaborate with product to ramp up on new features in Alpha and Limited Availability phases.

You will deliver interactive sessions, manage content creation with offshore teams, and act as the first line of support for technical issues, shaping product feedback

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience supporting customers in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years of LiveRamp experience.
• Excellent understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem and how LiveRamp's products fit within it.
• Experience in technical writing of training or documentation.
• Experience in training or mentoring new team members.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn voraciously to develop a deep understanding of the LiveRamp products.
• Create clear, engaging training materials by gathering content from meetings and product docs.
• Organize training content into courses and modules with narratives and visuals.
• Lead technical implementation for products in Limited Availability phase.
• Deliver interactive sessions virtually and in person to large groups.
• Collaborate with offshore teams on slides and e-learning materials.
• Identify training needs across internal and external users.
• Serve as a feedback loop to product based on customer escalations.
