Job summary
Electronic Arts' Pogo studio is seeking an experienced Product Director to lead product strategy and live services for its casual web/mobile games. You will report to the Studio General Manager and partner with Art, Design, Engineering, Production, Analytics, and Community to deliver a high-retention live service roadmap that delights players and meets business goals.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management in digital games or web/mobile platforms.
- Proven success growing an existing, engaged live consumer business.
- High emotional intelligence with collaboration across teams.
- Deep understanding of casual games, players, and market trends.
- Passion for creating fun, engaging user experiences.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and iterate.
Responsibilities
- Own the holistic product vision and roadmap for live services.
- Evolve and grow the existing web platform with scalable improvements.
- Develop insights from player behavior and market trends to drive growth.
- Synthesize data into actionable roadmaps and KPI benchmarks.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with leadership across disciplines.
