Job summary

Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher building the next level of RPG live games. We seek a Director of Product to own the roadmap for live RPG titles, drive end-to-end LiveOps, and balance monetization with a data-driven approach.

You’ll lead a small team, collaborate across Publishing and external studios, and shape the strategy behind an expanding RPG portfolio. You’ll partner with UA for growth, set the bar for product excellence, and stay hands-on when it matters.

Qualifications

• Several years of product experience on live mobile games, especially RPG.
• End-to-end ownership of an economy, progression system or monetization roadmap.
• Humility, curiosity, ambition, and drive to make an impact fast.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles.
• Own LiveOps end-to-end, including events and the loop.
• Lead a small team of product, design and economy experts.
• Oversee the monetization model and balance IAP and ads.
• Drive growth in partnership with UA and data teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Publishing and studios.
• Set benchmarks and best practices for the RPG genre.
• Stay hands-on with data and systems when needed.
