Electronic Arts is seeking a Director of Production for Content, Monetization & Progression to lead a production organization delivering seasonal content, economies, storefronts, and progression systems at global scale.

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will manage Producers, shape the operating model, and partner with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Finance to optimize player value and business outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in game development or comparable product development with leadership of a complex portfolio.
Experience managing producers or production leaders, incl. performance and career development.
Experience leading cross-functional teams or a major live-service portfolio.
