Job summary

MobilityWare is seeking a senior Product Leader to own the vision and roadmap for our Hybrid puzzle titles, including an unannounced game and future projects. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, art, marketing, and analytics to deliver high-quality live-service experiences.

You bring years of experience shipping live free-to-play games, with a strong bias toward data insights, AB testing, and monetization, including both IAP and ads.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Mobile F2P games.
• Proven track record shipping and operating live free-to-play games (IAP).
• Strong orientation towards data insights, AB testing, and deriving actionable insights.
• Must communicate effectively with all disciplines and levels of the organization.
• Plus: experience with hybrid monetization (IAP + ads) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy for MobilityWare's puzzle titles.
• Lead across engineering, design, art, marketing, and analytics to deliver live-service experiences.
• Own full product lifecycle from ideation through live operations, balancing player needs with business goals.
• Mentor other product managers and team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Communicate goals, progress, and performance to executives and cross-functional partners.
