Oscar Health is hiring a Product Designer for the Lucie Marketplace. You will design tools that help employers manage health plan contributions across the Lucie ecosystem, and shape the ICHRA experience while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers.

You will report to the SVP, Product, Design, Data, and may work remotely from within the US. The role emphasizes user empathy, autonomous work across domains, and aligning design with business goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design.
• 2+ concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web and mobile interfaces.
• 2+ years managing stakeholders directly.

Responsabilités

• Define the experiences for Oscar’s users and journeys.
• Advocate user needs to cross-functional teams.
• Own the design process with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Collaborate with other product designers and contribute to critiques.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to drive insights.
• Design visually compelling experiences and contribute to Anatomy system.
• Bring the Oscar brand to life in product experiences.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
