Oscar Health is seeking a Product Designer for the Lucie Marketplace to shape ICHRA tooling and empower employers to manage contributions. You’ll partner with a Senior Designer, cross‑functionally with PMs, engineers, data teams and operations to deliver scalable, intuitive experiences across the Lucie suite.

The role emphasizes handling complex enterprise interfaces, autonomy across technical domains, and leveraging AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Figma to accelerate

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Product/UX Design.
• 2+ concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web and mobile interfaces.
• 2+ years managing stakeholders directly.

Responsabilidades

• Define the experiences for Oscar’s users across diverse use cases to support Oscar’s mission.
• Become an expert on user journeys, advocating needs and pain points to the org.
• Own the design process and collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other product designers and contribute to critiques and team work.
• Perform user research and usability testing to drive actionable design decisions.
• Design visually compelling experiences and contribute to the Anatomy design language system.
