Rula, a remote-first company, seeks a Lead Recruiter for Product & Design to enable its Product organization through strategic talent acquisition. You will source, engage, and close top-tier candidates while partnering with hiring managers to shape the team and ensure an equitable candidate experience.

Based in the United States, you will mentor the Talent Acquisition team and drive best practices across recruiting workflows, analytics, and offer negotiations in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle corporate recruiting in fast-growth environments, including 3+ years hiring Product Management and Product Design talent.
• Advanced sourcing and market mapping to engage senior passive candidates and mitigate requisition risks.
• Strong consultative mindset; partner with hiring managers; lead cross-functional recruitment workflows.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized product and design roles.
• Advise hiring managers; source, engage, and close top-tier candidates.
• Champion an equitable candidate experience and mentor the Talent Acquisition team.
