• Experience leading recruiting efforts for multiple functions

• Data-driven approach to funnel analysis and search performance

Responsibilities

• Own strategic and business-critical recruiting across Customer Success, Global Investigations, Compliance, Revenue Operations, and adjacent go-to-market functions.
• Lead and mentor a recruiting pod, guiding day-to-day execution and process improvements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and close exceptional candidates.
