Job summary

You will drive governance, data quality, and scalable standards while partnering with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, and Sales. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on systemic improvements rather than maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Product Catalog, PIM, or eCommerce catalog operations.
• Experience leading people with clear priorities and accountability.
• Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, attributes, and data quality.
• Experience with large/complex product catalogs and large-scale updates.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP and/or PIM systems and data movement between systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Catalog team and own catalog structure, governance, and evolution.
• Own SKU creation and standardization for manufacturer and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
• Establish scalable SKU structures, variants, kits, and product relationships.
• Manage product introductions, pricing updates, and data changes across systems.
• Ensure data quality and taxonomy improvements across catalog architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
