Bathing Brands is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the catalog operations across our multi-brand ecommerce ecosystem. You will own SKU creation, taxonomy, data quality, and governance for thousands of products.

You will build scalable standards, partner with Product Launch, ERP, Web Development, Marketing and Sales, and drive continuous catalog improvements while working hands-on with complex product data.

Qualificações

• Experience leading Product Catalog, PIM, or ecommerce catalog operations.
• Experience leading people with clear priorities and accountability.
• Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy and data quality.
• Experience with large catalogs and large-scale imports/updates.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP and/or PIM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Product Catalog team and govern catalog structure and quality.
• Own SKU creation, standardization, and complex product relationships.
• Establish scalable standards for SKUs, variants, kits, and hierarchies.
• Coordinate catalog changes from receipt through implementation.
• Ensure product data and pricing reflect across ERP and websites.
• Develop workflows, QA, and documentation to scale.
• Collaborate with Product Launch, ERP, Web Dev, Marketing and Sales.
