Alfa Laval Mid Europe GmbH is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to support customers using separation equipment, focusing on rotating equipment and decanter centrifuges. You will troubleshoot, present solutions, and participate in training programs for employees, channels and customers.

Qualifications

Diploma or Associate degree in engineering or a related field.
5+ years of rotating equipment or related industrial equipment experience.
Strong product knowledge and/or application experience with decanter centrifuges.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel up to 40% and work with international colleagues.

Responsibilities

Provide SME-level technical support for Alfa Laval separation equipment to customers.
Deliver product presentations and value propositions during visits and meetings.
Define and delivery training programs for employees, channels and customers.
Act as local champion during launches of new service products.
Generate leads and opportunities in OneCRM for service sales follow up.
Travel up to 40% to support customers and installations.
