Job summary

Replit is seeking a senior data scientist to own product analytics across Growth, onboarding, and enterprise adoption. You will design experiments with rigorous statistics and build predictive models to measure feature impact and user retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data science with focus on product analytics, growth, or user behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, etc.).
• Strong SQL and experience with large event-level datasets; ETL with dbt.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze product experiments with rigorous statistics.
• Own analytics for Growth, activation, engagement, monetization, retention, and feature adoption.
• Build analytics foundation for enterprise adoption and expansion signals.
• Develop predictive models to forecast impact of features and launches.
• Create analyses for pricing, onboarding, and feature gating experiments.
• Identify early signals predicting long-term retention and influence onboarding redesign.
• Analyze cohort behavior across segments to inform roadmap priorities.
• Model enterprise adoption patterns to power go-to-market strategy.
