Replit is seeking a highly technical Growth Engineer to scale product metrics across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Foster City, CA with in-office requirements Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, leveraging code, experimentation, and analytics to uncover opportunities and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses and improve KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks in user funnels and develop technical solutions to improve conversion throughout the lifecycle.
• Build growth-oriented features such as onboarding flows, referrals, and engagement loops.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data science, and engineering teams to align growth goals.
• Develop scalable code and infrastructure that supports experimentation frameworks.
• Instrument tracking and build dashboards with data teams.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements for sustainable growth.
