HeartCentrix Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to help drive product growth through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design experiments, define metrics, and deliver dashboards that empower self-serve analytics for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes scalable data analysis, ML model application, and translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations that shape the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Science experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Background in experimentation, A/B testing, statistical modeling, and causal inference.
• Experience developing or applying machine learning models.
• Experience analyzing large-scale datasets using Spark, Hadoop, Hive, or similar technologies.
• Strong Product and Engineering partnership experience.
• Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale consumer and product datasets to uncover trends, user behaviors, and growth opportunities.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments.
• Define key product metrics and measurement frameworks.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and self-service data assets for Product and Engineering teams.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to translate business and product questions into data science solutions.
• Apply statistical and machine learning methods for prediction, anomaly detection, and pattern recognition.
• Turn complex analysis into clear recommendations that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Support consumer product areas including Feeds, Search, Growth, and Content.
