Job summary

DaCodes seeks a Product Analyst II to bridge business needs with technical execution, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

You will partner with Product Managers, Owners, and technical teams to clarify priorities, improve processes, and support Agile delivery across CIS, billing, and self-service portals. Advanced English is required, LATAM-based candidates welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4–6 years of Product Analyst experience in a product/tech environment.
• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories with acceptance criteria in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with utility CIS billing systems or regulated markets is a plus.
• Advanced English; LATAM-based candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, dependencies, and edge cases.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to uncover stakeholder needs and clarify objectives.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog with Product Owners.
• Ensure requirements and stories are testable and aligned with goals.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
• Work with dev and QA to clarify requirements and validate against acceptance criteria.
• Maintain documentation of workflows and business rules.
