Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, healthcare operations, or data analytics.
• Experience with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools) and translating insights into product requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and clinical needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog with the Product Manager.
• Query and analyze EHR, operational, and engagement data to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, and IT to support delivery.
