Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with four years of project management or similar experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with JIRA for tracking issues.
• Ability to evaluate ambiguous problems and connect data points to business outcomes.
• Ability to work with diverse teams of engineers, designers, product managers, and business leaders.
• Translating complex findings into clear narratives that drive action.
• Comfortably pivoting between multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance by tracking core metrics and trends.
• Deliver user behavior insights from journey data and feedback.
• Evaluate feature experiments with PMs and engineers.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on roadmaps with design and marketing teams.
• Prepare simple reports and dashboards showing product performance.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure data is tracked accurately and consistently.
