Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Product Analyst to join our Health Information Systems team as we transition to Solventum. You will monitor core product metrics, analyze user journeys, and collaborate with product, engineering and design to improve features and outcomes.

In this remote US role, you will drive cross-functional alignment, conduct market benchmarking, and prepare dashboards that reveal trends and opportunities. A Bachelor’s degree and related PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with four years’ PM or similar experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to create and analyze reports.
• Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking.
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product performance and core metrics (user growth, retention).
• Deliver user behavior insights from journey data to inform features.
• Evaluate feature experiments with PMs and engineers.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on roadmaps and communication across teams.
• Analyze market trends to support feature prioritization and strategy.
