Responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase orders for healthcare facilities to ensure budget compliance and availability.
• Manage non-catalogue items by communicating with facilities and sourcing required products.
• Monitor facility equipment rentals and coordinate timely returns.
• Process electronic invoices and resolve discrepancies with accounting software.
• Build relationships with clients and suppliers and deliver excellent service.
• Manage vendor queries, backorders and substitutions.
