This fully remote position allows you to manage and optimize purchasing processes from anywhere in the country, focusing on delivering value and efficiency. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services that meet our quality standards and budgetary requirements. This role is ideal for a self-motivated procurement professional who thrives in a remote work environment and is adept at leveraging technology to achieve business objectives, contributing to our operations based in Welkom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for diverse needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible value.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders accurately and efficiently through our procurement systems.
• Maintain strong communication channels with internal departments to understand and fulfill their procurement requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Procurement Specialist or similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated skills in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with digital procurement tools and platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities for remote work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for virtual collaboration.
