Ladders is seeking a Manager Procurement Operations to lead centralized sourcing and build scalable, compliant purchasing processes for a highly regulated financial services space. You will coach a team, partner across the organization, and drive transformation to improve buying discipline and operations.

The role is remote for US-based candidates, with a compensation range of $131,400 to $160,300 annually and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or strategic sourcing.
• 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Ability to interpret vendor agreements and translate requirements into operational controls.
• Experience analyzing procurement data and developing actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead a centralized buy desk within strategic sourcing.
• Coach and develop a procurement operations team, setting clear priorities and performance expectations.
• Design and implement standardized procurement processes and workflows.
• Oversee daily purchasing operations to ensure compliance with vendor agreements.
• Develop guided buying practices to streamline purchasing and reduce inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement challenges and improve processes.
• Lead procurement transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and training.
