Ladders is seeking a Manager, Strategic Sourcing to lead sourcing strategy and procurement execution across regional operations in the Real Estate & Construction space. The role partners with account teams, client stakeholders, and internal leaders to align sourcing activities with business objectives in a decentralized environment.

This remote US-based position emphasizes compliance, process improvements, and mentoring sourcing staff.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in sourcing or procurement roles.
• Strong leadership in a decentralized environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with regional objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships.
• Conduct stakeholder briefings and client presentations.
• Negotiate contract terms and service level agreements.
• Serve as the main contact for account and client teams.
• Utilize procurement software for supplier analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement processes.
• Manage and mentor sourcing managers, fostering a culture of improvement.
• Identify and implement process enhancements for sourcing operations.
