BECU is seeking a Manager, Procurement Operations to build and lead a centralized Buy Desk within Strategic Sourcing, shaping purchasing across the organization with stronger controls and a streamlined process that improves the employee buying experience.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk and other partners, develop metrics, drive changes, and lead a team through transformation while delivering measurable value for a large, member-focused financial institution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• At least four years in procurement or related fields.
• Experience in procurement governance and vendor management.
• Experience coaching and leading teams.
• Ability to analyze procurement and spend data.
• Experience with procure-to-pay systems.
• Experience in financial services environment preferred.

• Establish and lead centralized Buy Desk within Strategic Sourcing.
• Lead procurement operations team and set priorities.
• Design standardized procurement processes and approvals.
• Oversee day-to-day purchasing operations and ensure contract alignment.
• Develop guided buying and vendor catalogs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
• Lead procurement transformation and change management.
• Develop procurement performance metrics and analytics.
• Serve as trusted advisor for procurement operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
