Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager of Procurement to lead enterprise procurement across spend areas, focusing on cost optimization, supply continuity, and disciplined sourcing execution. You will shape strategy, strengthen processes, and build analytical visibility to support informed decisions, while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and leading people management.

Location: Remote - US-based candidates only. Compensation: $139,200–$208,800 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance).
• 12+ years of procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience.
• Experience managing first-level managers, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Experience owning a procurement budget and achieving cost savings and compliance targets.
• Strong background in strategic procurement, category management, and spend analytics.

• Manage procurement teams across diverse spend areas while overseeing hiring and performance.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and enhance supply chain reliability.
• Lead the creation of a comprehensive future-state procurement operating model.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager of Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will oversee enterprise procurement activities across multiple spend areas, with a focus on cost optimization, supply continuity, and disciplined sourcing execution. The Sr. Manager will shape procurement strategy, strengthen operating processes, and build the analytical visibility needed to support informed decision-making. This position will also partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and lead people management responsibilities, including hiring and performance oversight.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $139,200 – $208,800 annually
