You will coach a team, partner across the organization, and drive transformation to improve buying discipline and operations.

The role is remote for US-based candidates, with a compensation range of $131,400 to $160,300 annually and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing operations, or strategic sourcing.
• 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Ability to interpret vendor agreements and translate requirements into operational controls.
• Experience analyzing procurement data and developing actionable recommendations.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Procurement Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead procurement operations within a centralized sourcing function, with a focus on building scalable processes that support efficient, compliant purchasing. The manager will coach a team, partner across the organization, and help drive transformation efforts that improve buying discipline and operational performance. This is an opportunity to shape the way procurement is executed in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $131,400 - $160,300 annually
