RTX is seeking a Procurement Manager for its Remote US-based Supply Chain team. You will manage supplier relationships and oversee procurements shaping critical programs with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes compliance with FAR/DFAR, contract types, and negotiation throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Based in a remote US environment, you will collaborate across programs, lead RFQs/RFPs, and drive supplier performance improvements while ensuring policy adherence and cost-effective

• Experience in managing medium to high complexity procurements.
• Proven ability to lead supplier relationships and subcontracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulatory requirements and contract types.
