Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Strong cross-functional initiative leadership.
• Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and ISO standards relevant to medical device manufacturing.
• Experience with analytics or business intelligence roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement initiatives from concept to execution
• Translate business goals into actionable procurement strategies
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with operational timelines
• Contribute to the development of the procurement technology roadmap
• Support master data management and governance for procurement
• Serve as the primary communication bridge across departments
• Define KPIs and success metrics for procurement initiatives
