Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management.
  • Experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries.
  • Strong cross-functional initiative leadership.
  • Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and ISO standards relevant to medical device manufacturing.
  • Experience with analytics or business intelligence roles.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Project Initiatives Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will lead end-to-end procurement initiatives that connect business priorities to executable plans, with a strong focus on cross-functional coordination, governance, and process discipline. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders to align timelines, support procurement technology efforts, and ensure initiative outcomes are measurable and operationally sound. It is well suited for a professional who can bridge strategy, analytics, and execution in a regulated healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,600 – $172,700 annually
