Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field and 7+ years of procurement, supply chain, or project management experience.
• Experience in medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Proven success leading complex cross‑functional initiatives with high visibility.
• Strong understanding of sourcing systems, digital procurement platforms, and technology enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Translate business goals into actionable procurement strategies and project plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, and IT to align initiatives with timelines.
• Define and document requirements for systems, tools, and digital workflows to improve sourcing efficiency and visibility.
• Support master data management and governance within procurement and data architecture enablement.
• Communicate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure project transparency across levels.
• Lead requirements gathering, process design, and mapping of current vs future-state workflows.
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Define KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to leadership.
• Value stream map current vs future state and explore AI-enabled procurement strategies.
• Assist in tool rollout, training, and documentation for internal and external users.
• Translate data into actionable insights to drive supplier collaboration and procurement excellence.
