Paylocity is seeking a Procurement Process & Analytics Analyst to drive end-to-end process improvements, manage multiple projects, and translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable procurement solutions. The role blends project management, business analysis, and analytics to support governance, reporting, and technology adoption across a global, remote workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and/or reporting/analytics roles.
• Experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives from design through implementation.
• Proficiency building reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end process improvement and transformation projects from current to future state.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, process designs, and success criteria.
• Gather and document business requirements across Procurement, Compliance, and the broader business.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking procurement performance and compliance.
• Develop change management plans and stakeholder communications to drive adoption across regions.
