Job summary

NeoGenomics seeks a remote Procurement Contract Specialist to serve as the operational liaison between Procurement and Legal, accelerating contract review, improving quality, and strengthening data governance. You will coordinate with Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Legal, and suppliers to enhance visibility, cycle time, and compliance across contracts.

The role requires first-pass review of sourcing documents, careful redlining of terms, and escalation of non-standard provisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Law, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in contract administration, procurement, or legal operations.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements from templates or playbooks.
• Experience coordinating contract workflow between Procurement, Legal, and suppliers.
• Healthcare, laboratory, biotech, pharma, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison between Procurement and Legal for contract workflow and prioritization.
• Review supplier agreements, statements of work, amendments, and forms using approved standards.
• Identify and preserve commercial terms across agreements.
• Escalate non-standard terms to Legal for review and resolution.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize agreements and track actions.
• Maintain contract metadata, status, and repository documentation.
