Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or legal operations.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements using templates and playbooks.
• Experience coordinating workflow between Procurement, Legal, and suppliers.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems and e-signature tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between Procurement and Legal for contract workflow and prioritization.
• Perform first-pass review of supplier agreements and related documents using approved standards.
• Identify and redline commercial terms to align with company positions.
• Escalate legal issues to Legal and coordinate approvals.
• Maintain contract metadata, documentation, and repository records.
• Monitor expirations and renewals; report on contract metrics.
• Support signature-ready documentation and electronic signing handoff.
