Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories in the United States is seeking a remote Procurement Contract Specialist to join our fast-paced team. The role partners with Procurement and Legal to streamline contract review, maintain metadata, and ensure compliant, well-documented agreements across the enterprise.

You will manage workflows between stakeholders, coordinate signatures, and identify recurring issues to improve playbooks and templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or a related function.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements using approved templates and playbooks.
• Experience coordinating workflow between Procurement, Legal, and suppliers.
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between Procurement and Legal for contract workstream.
• Perform first-pass review of supplier agreements and related documents using approved standards.
• Identify and redline terms NeoGenomics seeks to preserve across agreements.
• Route issues to Legal for review; do not provide legal advice.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize agreements for review.
• Maintain contract tracker and routine reporting on status and metrics.
• Ensure documentation stored in contract repository with metadata.
• Monitor expirations and renewal notices and communicate actions.
• Support electronic signature handoffs after approvals.
• Assist with templates, playbooks, and process improvements.
