You will lead a global procurement team, define sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships to optimize cost and quality. Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal in various environments.
• High School Diploma with 17 years in Strategic Procurement as an alternative path.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a global team of Strategic Procurement category personnel from Analysts to Managers.
• Interpret global trends and business objectives to define HR Services and Marketing Services objectives.
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for HR Services and Marketing Services.
• Establish and manage supplier relationships to ensure cost and service benefits.
• Negotiate and establish supplier contracts with competitive prices and high quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and procurement guidelines.
• Lead complex projects with high value and broad impact.
