Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Global Procurement Manager for Human Resources/Marketing Services. You will lead a worldwide team and shape sourcing strategies to ensure continuity and value.

You will establish supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR and Marketing to align procurement with business goals. A senior candidate with strong negotiation and communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and nine years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 17 years of experience in Strategic Procurement.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication; working knowledge of HR/Marketing supplier markets.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a global team of Strategic Procurement category personnel ranging from Analysts to Managers.
• Interpreting global industry trends, customer requirements, and business objectives to define objectives and deliver results for HR Services and Marketing Services.
• Developing and implementing global sourcing strategies for HR Services and Marketing Services.
• Establishing and managing supplier relationships for cost and service benefits.
• Negotiating and establishing effective supplier contract agreements with competitive prices and high quality.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to prioritize sourcing activities and ensure integration with procurement guidelines.
