Job summary

RTX is seeking a remote Procurement Specialist to support Return to Vendor and delivery assurance activities within the SCM group. You will own end-to-end procurement tasks, issue RMAs, manage POs, and monitor performance across vendors and programs.

The ideal candidate has a university degree or equivalent, strong communication and analytical skills, and experience with SAP and MS Office. This role offers remote work with occasional collaboration when needed.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience is required.
• U.S. Person or eligible to obtain export authorizations is required.

Responsibilities

• Own aspects of procurement process from PO creation to delivery management.
• Issue and manage Return Material Authorization numbers.
• Create and manage Return to Vendor POs ensuring compliance with terms.
• Monitor POs to ensure timely delivery and address delays.
• Maintain electronic records and generate weekly progress reports.
