Job summary

RTX is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our remote Buyer Support Group in the United States. You will monitor POs, manage supplier relationships, and issue RMAs while supporting end-to-end supply chain activities across programs.

The ideal candidate has a university degree or higher, 2+ years' experience in supply chain, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and U.S. citizenship. Prior RTX internship or defense industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience.
• An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 1 year experience.
• Experience with Supply Chain processes and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.
• Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Purchase Orders of low to medium dollar levels and procurement complexity.
• Manage Supplier Relationship and Performance.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers.
• Drive success for metrics.
