Job summary

RTX is seeking a remote procurement professional to own the full lifecycle from sourcing to post-payment closure. You will identify qualified vendors, secure NDAs, issue RFQs and compare quotes to select optimal sources, ensuring ITAR compliance and contract terms are met.

In this role, you will maintain records, generate reports, and contribute to procurement strategy while leveraging SAP and Microsoft Office tools in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required.
• U.S. Person or citizenship as specified for export controls.
• SAP experience and knowledge of FAR/DFARS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end procurement, from sourcing to PO closure.
• Identify qualified vendors while ensuring ITAR/compliance and NDAs as needed.
• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations and select sources per policy.
• Create/manage POs and monitor delivery, addressing delays or issues.
• Maintain records, generate weekly progress reports and monitor metrics.
• Support procurement strategy development and process improvements.
• Reconcile discrepancies between POs and invoices and ensure compliance.
