• Monitor incoming applications and validate records.
• Coordinate candidate calls and emails about application status.
• Process testing fee payments and coordinate with campus testing centers.
• Schedule group testing events with training programs.
• Maintain confidentiality of data and testing files.
• Enter data into testing databases and generate basic reports.
• Upload data to IDOH and other clients.
• Occasional travel within state.
