Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Process Writer to join our Customer Experience team. This role will document processes, write procedures, create SOPs and DLPs, and map workflows across CX functional areas.

The ideal candidate will work with Lean Six Sigma Black Belts to standardize documentation and ensure best practices. You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement version control, and perform ongoing QA to keep materials accurate and current.

• Experience with process mapping techniques and documenting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document processes with detailed flowcharts, maps, and written descriptions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and DLPs with version control and updates.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Develop documentation templates and standards for CX processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate details.
• Track documentation projects, milestones, and risks; communicate progress.
