Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical writing, business, or related field.
• Experience in documenting processes, SOPs, DLPs, and process maps.
• Ability to lead meetings and gather information from stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and document control practices.

Responsibilities

• Document processes with flowcharts, process maps, and written descriptions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and DLPs with version control.
• Perform periodic reviews to ensure documentation reflects operations.
• Develop documentation standards and templates for CX processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather details and feedback.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and stakeholder updates.
