Job summary

Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Process Optimization Expert to partner with executives and leaders to enhance process speed, quality, accessibility, and data effectiveness across the Electrical Products business. You will own a portfolio of transformation initiatives from concept to implementation and drive measurable value.

The role requires 3+ years in process improvement, strong cross-functional leadership, and experience with SAP, COMPAS, Snowflake, Tableau, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems or Project Management.
• 3+ years in business process improvement, operational excellence, program management, product management, digital transformation, consulting or project management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to ~20%.
• Eligible to work in the United States with no sponsorship required now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and champion process, system, and data improvements across the Electrical Products organization.
• Own a portfolio of transformation initiatives, developing business cases, securing resources, and driving execution from concept through implementation.
• Translate stakeholders’ needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, reporting capabilities, and user productivity.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing processes, digital tools, and workflows while balancing short‑term wins with long‑term strategies.
• Track, communicate, and measure project outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment.
