Job summary

Mesa Associates, Inc. seeks a Business Optimization Specialist to partner with leaders across the enterprise to improve organizational effectiveness, accelerate initiative execution, and optimize how work is performed across teams.

This role blends organizational development with enterprise-wide change enablement, operating model improvement, workforce capability development, and performance enhancement to help achieve long-term objectives.

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Experience facilitating organizational assessments and translating findings into action plans.
Experience improving governance, operating models, or organizational performance.
Experience establishing organizational metrics and performance indicators.
Ability to influence leaders without direct authority.
Experience working in regulated or asset-intensive industries such as energy, utilities, engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Align structures, governance, and capabilities with strategic priorities across the enterprise.
Design and implement operating models to improve collaboration, accountability, and execution.
Develop stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies for new processes and practices.
Monitor adoption metrics and identify opportunities to sustain results.
Support large-scale organizational change through structured planning and execution.
