Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Process Optimization Manager to partner with executive leadership and operations to improve processes, data, and reporting across the Electrical Products organization in the US. You will own transformation initiatives, build business cases, curate resources, and drive rapid, high-impact improvements from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, program management, product management, digital transformation, consulting, or project management.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to approximately 20%.
• Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and champion process, system, and data improvements across the Electrical Products organization.
• Own a portfolio of transformation initiatives, developing business cases, securing resources, and driving execution from concept through implementation.
• Translate stakeholders need actionable requirements and roadmaps that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, data visibility, reporting capabilities, and user productivity.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing processes, digital tools, and workflows while balancing short-term wins with long-term strategies.
• Track, communicate, and measure project outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment.
