Job summary

MultiTech is seeking a Process Innovation Manager to lead company-wide efforts to document critical business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, leveraging new technologies, and improving productivity, quality, and cost performance.

The position is remote with periodic travel to US/Canada and a Minnesota facility for hands-on projects. It requires strong Lean and KPI-driven leadership across manufacturing and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations or supply chain roles
• 5+ years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing, process optimization and continuous improvement
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Expert business acumen in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, and general business process
• Proven success leading cross functional teams to develop optimized processes
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with accountability
• Experience in establishing KPIs and predictive KPIs to assure process adherence
• AI development and application experience a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Lead review and documentation of critical business processes.
• Lead value stream mapping to identify opportunities for end-to-end process innovation.
• Identify process dysfunction, monetize opportunities, and prioritize based on impact.
• Identify and consult on opportunities for AI and process innovation.
• Establish predictive KPIs to support and sustain process improvement.
• Lead cross functional teams and project-manage initiatives.
