Scope of Work: The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NIWC LANT) Cloud Computing Innovation, Transformation, and Integration (Cloud CITI) Division is tasked with providing hosting environments and platforms for Navy applications, as well as other DoD and Homeland Security (HLS) applications utilizing both Component Enterprise Data Centers (CEDCs) and Commercial Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) as hosting platforms.

Position Overview

This position will provide advisory and analytical support to improve organizational processes, workflows, and operational efficiency. The Technical Process Analyst supports process improvement initiatives by assessing current operations, identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, developing metrics, and recommending practical, data-informed solutions. This position supports continuous improvement efforts, standardization, and change management activities across the division, providing advisory and support services to the Division Operations Manager. The role shall not supervise government personnel, direct official government actions, make policy decisions, or serve as the final approving authority for process or organizational changes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business process improvement, operations analysis, management consulting, or organizational performance improvement.
• Knowledge of process mapping, performance metrics, and root-cause analysis methods.
• Familiarity with Lean, Lean Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS services, cloud operations, and cloud service delivery processes.
• Experience supporting Department of the Navy (DON) or other Department of Defense (DoD) IT programs.
• Understanding of DoD operational, cybersecurity, compliance, or governance requirements within a cloud environment.

• Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures accurately and escalation issues through appropriate channels.
