Job summary

CACI International is hiring a Process Specialist to support the USSS contract under DHS. You will analyze and document current and future-state processes, map workflows, and drive improvements across OCIO functions to increase efficiency and mission effectiveness.

Responsibilities include facilitating cross-functional sessions, performing root-cause analyses, and delivering evidence-based recommendations. A Master’s degree with substantial experience and the ability to obtain a Public Trust

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years in process improvement or analytics; equivalencies considered.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Proven expertise in process analysis, mapping, and optimization in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency with BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current-state and future-state processes across OCIO and IT delivery workflows.
• Conduct gap analyses against best practices and desired outcomes.
• Develop comprehensive process maps (BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes) and bottleneck reports.
• Lead workshops for root-cause analysis using 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto methods.
• Create actionable recommendations and support their structured implementation.
