Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to support the USSS OCIO on a high-impact DHS contract. You will analyze and optimize business processes, identify AI use cases, and translate needs into actionable tech requirements and change strategies.

You will build an AI use-case repository, support the AI-PMO, and collaborate across divisions and field offices to drive mission outcomes through transformation, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree + 7 years of experience in business process consulting, business analysis, or organizational change management; equivalencies considered.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
• Identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases with stakeholders; build an AI Use Case Repository.
• Translate needs into prioritized AI use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes for strategy and roadmap.
• Develop business cases for AI initiatives including benefits, resources, timelines, and metrics.
• Support AI-PMO with business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Document current and target processes; define KPIs to track transformation outcomes.
• Lead change management activities: impact assessments, readiness, and adoption planning.
• Collaborate across Cyber, Infrastructure, Mission Delivery, and Field stakeholders on AI initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions; create communications and training materials.
• Support AI governance with documented use-case approval processes and prioritization frameworks.
