Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes, workflows, procedures and operating models to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct process assessments, interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand requirements.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using process maps, flowcharts, and workflow diagrams.
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, control gaps, and costs; propose automation opportunities.
• Develop recommendations and improvement strategies aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders and teams to design effective process solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process docs, guidelines, and workflow specifications.
• Support process redesign, optimization, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
• Establish process performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure improvement.
